Product introduction

This testing instrument uses the cone penetration method to measure the fluidity of viscous substances. By measuring the depth to which a standard cone falls and penetrates the sample under specified conditions, it quantitatively determines whether the substance is a solid or a liquid. It is applicable to paints, coatings, lubricating oils, vaseline, and semi-solid chemical products, providing a physical state basis for the classification of hazardous chemicals during transportation, the selection of packaging forms, and the setting of storage conditions.
