1.use
Using the international popular heat flow meter to detect thermal
conductivity and thermal resistance method, with computer to
achieve automatic detection, generate experimental report. The
instrument uses a stable hot surface temperature added to the
sample side, the heat is transferred to the cold surface through
the sample, and the heat transfer is measured to calculate the
thermal conductivity and thermal resistance. Using imported sensor
and computer technology, good measurement accuracy, high
reliability, good repeatability characteristics. Especially
suitable for low thermal conductivity measurements (accurate to
0.1mw). Can be used for plastics, rubber, insulation materials,
aerogel plate, vacuum glass and other testing, widely used in
colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, quality
inspection, factories and mines.
Reference standard: GB/T10295-2008 (Determination of steady-state
thermal resistance and related properties of thermal insulation
materials heat flow meter method) and ASTM 1530,ASTM C518-04 with heat flow meter method for the determination of
steady-state heat flux and heat transfer characteristics of test
methods.
