DRE-III multi-function fast thermal conductivity tester ISO 22007
1.use
This instrument uses the transient plane heat source method, based
on TPS transient plane heat source technology, with Hot Disk probe.
The advantages of this instrument are:
(1) Direct measurement of heat propagation can save a lot of time;
(2) It will not be affected by the contact thermal resistance as
the static method;
(3) No special sample preparation is needed, and only a relatively
flat sample surface is needed for solid materials. Different test
schemes and calculation mathematical models are used for different
types of materials, which have the advantages of fast measurement
speed, wide application range and successfully avoiding the
influence of natural convection during the experiment. The actual
test material range is wide, the thermal conductivity range is
wide, the sample processing is simple, the test speed is fast
advantages, is currently more popular test method.
