Introduction
Geotextile bentonite pad permeability tester. The geotextile
bentonite pad is a finished anti-seepage soil pad with excellent
water-stop performance. The geotextile bentonite pad permeability
tester is used to measure the permeability coefficient of bentonite
waterproof blanket under specified pressure and time conditions.
Under certain pressure difference, the bentonite waterproof blanket
will produce a small seepage flow. By measuring the seepage volume
passing through the sample within a certain time under the
specified hydraulic pressure difference and the thickness of the
sample, the permeability coefficient can be calculated.
Characteristics
1. By adopting the 1+2 configuration, a single workstation machine can
be provided, along with two additional workstation auxiliary
machines.
2. The countertop is made of stainless steel, presenting a neat
appearance, excellent water resistance, and does not rust.
3. The test is conducted through air pressure loading, without the
need for electricity connection, and is safe and reliable.
4. Use imported high-precision pressure regulating valves, which
ensure accurate and stable pressure regulation and meet the
experimental requirements.
5. The loading circuit is well-designed, and the operation of the
air valve is simple and easy to adjust.
6. Improve measurement accuracy, increase the accuracy of leakage
volume to 0.05 ml;
7. Integrate the vacuum device, making the process of sample
preparation and testing with vacuum operation more convenient and
easier to handle;
8. Add a negative pressure degassing device to ensure that the
water entering the sample is degassed water, thereby improving the
accuracy of the test results.
9. The test chamber has been made movable, making the operation
more flexible.
10. Mainly using three-position valves, the operation of the
instrument becomes simpler.
11. An automatic test interface has been reserved. By adding an
automatic test device, it is possible to obtain the pressure
reading more conveniently, measure the permeation volume
automatically, and display the measurement results.
