Product Description

This instrument is mainly used for testing metal products such as jewelry, glasses, and watches to comply with the new nickel release standards of the European Union for auxiliary nickel release detection. It is an auxiliary instrument designed to polish the surface coating of metal products to achieve a two-year wear level.

Test method

Simulate the wear condition of metal products contacting human skin for two years. Place the samples in artificial sweat under certain conditions for 7 days, and use an atomic absorption spectrometer to quantitatively analyze the nickel content in the soaking solution, limiting it to 0.5 μg/cm2 per week.
