Introduction
The battery testing equipment can meet the charging and discharging
tests, pulse charging and discharging tests, DCIR (direct current
internal resistance) tests, cycle life tests, and rate charging and
discharging tests of single batteries and module batteries for
electric vehicles, electric bicycles, energy storage batteries,
etc. It is mainly applied in various research institutions,
universities, power battery manufacturing enterprises and new
energy vehicle manufacturers.
Features
It features multiple working modes: constant voltage charging,
constant current charging, constant power charging, constant
current discharging, constant power discharging, constant
resistance discharging, resting, and cyclic operation mode (more
working modes can be customized, please consult). When setting
multi-stage programs, the operation modes can be freely combined,
integrating discharging, charging, and cyclic charging and
discharging. One device can meet multiple testing requirements.
Multiple safety protection functions: It has battery reverse
connection alarm, overcurrent shutdown, and pause function during
operation. During the testing process, if any abnormality is
detected in the entire battery pack or individual cells, or if the
tester malfunctions, the tester will automatically terminate the
test to protect the battery. It can record the operating status
when the power is cut off and automatically resume operation after
power is restored.
Equipped with professional software: Test record data can be
conveniently exported as an Excel file with the specified data
columns, ensuring that the format of the exported or printed data
columns matches the original record. Users can select the required
columns to export data for easy organization of experimental data.

Built-in calibration function: The instrument is equipped with a
voltage and current calibration correction function, which can
calibrate and correct the measured values to ensure measurement
accuracy.
