Product Introduction

The basic mechanical structure of the equipment consists of a one-inch thick ground steel plate. The height of the worktable can be adjusted. The tension surface includes a T-shaped slot connection system or a 4" array of 13 "diameter threaded holes. A large amount of additional steel structure under the surface platform minimizes the frame deflection phenomenon.

The installation and testing sample area of this equipment is spacious enough to accommodate an additional 3 test position automatic type workbench. All other hydraulic systems are installed under the worktable, with ample space available for storing fixtures. The cylinders are arranged on three beams, and can be easily slid sideways by hand. Each beam can be independently raised and lowered by a separate lifting handle at the bottom.

All cylinders are installed with middle ear shafts, balanced by the middle travel rod and additional load sensors. During the safety belt tension test, some cylinders need to be equipped with universal joint installations to provide rotation between the two axes.

Application fields

The single-cylinder pull test instrument is designed to meet the requirements of FMVSS 207, 208, 210 & 225 as well as ECU 17 & 19 standards for testing. It can also be used for testing other components not included in these standards. The sample installation area of this pull test instrument is large, and it can be connected to a 3-seat automatic seat workbench to test the pull force performance of seats and seat accessories, enhancing the safety performance of automotive interior components.

This standard specifies the fixation points for automotive seat belts used in child restraint systems to ensure proper positioning, thereby providing limited restraint for children and reducing the possibility of failure.
