Introduction

The leather burst strength tester is an internationally recognized Mullen type instrument, widely applicable to packaging materials. It is mainly used to measure the burst strength of various cardboard and single or multi-layer corrugated cardboard. It can also be used to test the burst strength of non-paper materials such as silk and cotton fabric. Once the material is placed in, it will automatically detect, test, return to the oil pressure position automatically, calculate and store the test data, and print. The instrument displays the results in digital form and can automatically print the test results and process the data.

The fully automatic bursting strength tester adopts the principle of hydraulic incremental method. It uses advanced microcomputer detection control system and digital signal processing technology to measure the bursting strength of paperboard. It complies with ISO 2759 "Determination of Bursting Strength of Paperboard" and GB/T 1539 "Test Methods for Paperboard". It is suitable for various types of paperboard and leather, cloth leather and other bursting strength tests.

Experimental Principle

The fully automatic bursting strength tester is used to test the bursting strength value of carton and paperboard. It displays the pressure digitally and automatically retains the maximum bursting strength value when the sample breaks. Meanwhile, it can print the test results in a trend. The indication method of the bursting strength tester is digital, with a capacity of 0-100kg/cm2. The bursting strength tester is widely applicable to packaging materials, including general paper, corrugated paper, toilet paper, packaging paper, etc., as well as leather, fabric, packaging film, etc., and can effectively monitor product quality.
