Scope of Application

The dry-state fluffing test instrument, also known as the twisting test instrument, is specifically designed for evaluating the fluffing test of non-woven fabrics under dry conditions. It is mainly applicable for assessing the shedding performance of raw materials used in medical protective materials (such as surgical gowns, surgical coats, clean suits, etc.) and other textile materials. During the test, the test principle is as follows: The sample undergoes a combined twisting and compression action in the test chamber. During this twisting process, air is extracted from the test chamber, and the particles in the air are counted and classified using a laser dust particle counter to evaluate the test results.
