Technical Characteristics
It has 4 experimental stations, and up to 4 experiments can be
conducted simultaneously;
The single-chip microcomputer automatically controls the test
program, automatically counts time, and gives an alarm prompt upon
the end of the test;
An additional mechanical indicator gauge is provided for total
pressure, which is intuitive and convenient;
The operation is carried out through a human-machine interface, and
the touch screen displays the pressurization pressure in real time;
Each experimental station is equipped with independent pressure
monitoring display;
The pressure is controlled by a CNC throttle valve to ensure that
the test pressurization rate does not exceed 3.5 kPa/s;
The loading and unloading of the sample is done using a ratchet
torque wrench with a torque of 13.6 N.m, which is convenient, fast,
and the torque is controllable.
