Thermal Stress Determination Device
Product Introduction
The quality characteristics of synthetic fibers are determined by
temperature and tension during the processing after spinning. This
machine is designed to clarify this relationship. It heats the
samples at a non-uniform speed, enabling accurate measurement of
temperature stress, estimation of the thermal stress of the
material, setting of the optimal conditions, and analysis to
identify the causes of defects.
Instrument features
1. Compact and lightweight, designed specifically for measuring
thermal stress and thermal contraction rate. The operator can
operate it more easily.
2. The temperature rises very quickly. It adopts an excellent and
reproducible heating method, ensuring accurate stress measurement
values of the temperature.
3. While measuring the expansion state of the sample under heating
temperature, due to the ability to measure the integral
characteristics of temperature, the analysis of the movement
behavior becomes much simpler.
4. The data can be managed using a floppy disk.
Application Effects
For applications such as unextended lines, POY raw lines, extended
lines, false filaments, temporary extended twisting lines, dyed
lines, and synthetic fiber materials, when using this machine, the
following effects will occur:
1. Reproduce the processing conditions of sample lines and lines
with the same properties that undergo heat setting.
2. Adapt to the thermal stress characteristics of the materials and
set appropriate secondary processing heat setting conditions.
3. Determine the temperature of the heater set for the heat setting
line.
4. Determine the tension of the heater set for the heat setting
line.
5. Identify the deviation (bias/variation/scatter) of the heat
setting line.
6. Confirm the transfer temperature and melting temperature.
7. Trace the causes and effective countermeasures for the
relaxation, sections, and uneven dyeing of woven textiles.
8. Effectively solve quality problems and develop new products.
