Product Introduction

When synthetic fiber composite filament yarns are processed through highly refined dyeing processing when the required number of long filament yarns is insufficient, it can lead to color spots on the woven fabric. To prevent this from happening, it is necessary to confirm the count at the beginning of the long filament. Secondly, visual counting is prone to errors due to individual differences and fatigue, and the efficiency of the operation is also very low.

This device is equipped with the latest microcomputer technology and optical system. Through a unique optical mechanism and software, it can accurately and quickly measure the number of long filaments of synthetic fiber yarns. Compared with the previous visual coefficient, it can calculate the number of long filaments of the yarn at 7 to 10 times the speed.
