    Product Introduction

    This machine is designed based on JIS L1015 (Chemical Fiber Needle Puncture Test Method (Test Method for Artificial Short Fibers)) and JIS L1095 (General Textile Test Method), and it is capable of accurately and efficiently measuring the friction coefficient.

    Measurement features

    Compared with testing machines that use torque balance/torsion balance as the testing principle, this one not only can obtain accurate data through extremely simple operation, but also can eliminate the influence of sample manufacturing and operator differences, and has excellent data reproducibility and repeatability. In addition, there is a data processing system specifically used for calculating indicators such as dynamic and static friction coefficients.

    Test method

    The friction resistance value is expressed with an accuracy of 0.1mg. A small amount of data is calculated based on the individual differences of the tested object.

    Compared with the previous torque balance/torsion scale, the dedicated load measurement device with a maximum load of 100,000mg (commonly 100mg) has significant advantages in durability and reproducibility. Moreover, the "automatic 0" button operation is simpler.

    The up and down movement of the load measurement part uses a special engine to achieve a very slow movement.
