Scope of Application
Outdoor sport clothing waterproof test, umbrella test, waterproof
fabric test; windproof clothing, medical protective clothing
protective material liquid permeability and blood permeability
test. Dynamic test, static test and custom program method tests are
adopted to detect the water repellent performance of textiles under
certain pressure. The sample is fixed on the test area specified by
standards. Air with 0-5 bar pressure is added to a water tank
filled with distilled water by an air compressor. The water tank is
connected to the test head to transfer a certain pressure to the
sample. The pressure curve is displayed in real time on the
operation screen. Various test standards are built-in, making it
convenient for users to use.

Product Details
1. 7-inch color screen, capacitive touch screen, multi-point touch
control system, easy to operate. Test results can be sent via Wifi
to a computer or directly to the customer, and can also be saved to
an SD card.
2. The simple and convenient dual-pneumatic testing fixture design
offers a wider observation field; at the same time, it can provide
extremely strong clamping force, and even under high pressure,
water will not leak from the side.
3. Built-in water storage tank for automatic water supply. Equipped
with a water level sensor, it can automatically add water to the
test water level.
4. High-precision pressure sensor and pressure control system, with
high testing accuracy and wide testing range;
5. Multiple pressure unit options (mbar/kPa/Pa/cm w.c /mm w.c) are
available, meeting the standards and conforming to user
preferences;
6. The rate of pressure increase is selected according to standard
data. It can also be customized. (If the increase exceeds the
maximum limit of 5000 mbar, it will prompt to select an excessive
pressure to ensure operational safety.)
7. Pressure alarms or time alarms can be set. This saves the
operators' observation time and triggers audible alerts when the
alarm conditions are met.
8. In addition to the built-in standard settings, users can also
choose to customize the mode and set parameters for testing.
9. LED diffused lighting system, with digital adjustment for
lighting intensity;
10. The test software is equipped with various testing standards,
making it convenient for users to use.
11. Optional powerful upper computer software is available, which
provides the function of replaying test videos. It synchronizes
test data, pressure curves and videos, accurately locates the
pressure value of water droplets on the fabric surface, and
completely eliminates human observation errors.
