Scope of application:

It is used to detect the bursting strength and height of various materials related to textiles, such as woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, non-woven fabrics, paper, cardboard, packaging materials, films or plates, etc. It adopts a hydraulic burst method and is an indispensable device for testing the bursting strength of paper, corrugated cardboard and textiles. It precisely controls the bursting time through an intelligent control algorithm and has both manual and automatic control modes. It is equipped with PC control software, which is easy to operate and can analyze and print test results. It supports all standard required test areas and fully meets the requirements of different standards.

Features of the instrument:

A. Full test area support, suitable for different standard requirements, in line with the GB standard with a maximum test area of 100 cm².

B. Pneumatic fixture, with firm and uniform clamping force, suitable for clamping various materials in all directions.

C. Supports PC connection and communication, allowing for statistical analysis of results and printing of test reports.

D. Rich test result presentation, capable of displaying parameters such as burst strength, burst force, diaphragm pressure, burst height, and burst time; facilitating a comprehensive understanding of the sample's burst performance by quality control personnel.
