F1868 Thermal Resistance Testing Machine
Introduction
The thermal and moisture resistance tester is currently the most
professional and advanced product for thermal and moisture
resistance testing. It features a heating plate that fully
simulates the structure of human skin, does not mold, and is easy
to clean. It is equipped with an original automatic water supply
system that ensures stable water supply without any adjustment and
prevents leakage. The independent and integrated design separates
the test host from the environmental test chamber, allowing users
to use self-purchased environmental test chambers, which is
convenient for maintenance and calibration and reduces the burden
on users. The air duct structure can be easily disassembled and can
be connected to an external wind hood to meet the static test
standard without wind speed.

Technical Features
1. The world's first independent design concept, with an integrated
design of the control system and automatic water supply system,
allowing users to choose different environmental test chambers.

addition system (during the wet resistance test, the heating plate
can release water more quickly).
3. The machine can quickly reach a stable test state. According to
the thickness of the sample, it automatically adjusts the PID
control parameters to quickly meet the test conditions.
The wind speed is continuously adjustable from 0 to 1.2 m/s, which
can meet any standards for wet resistance, thermal resistance and
warmth retention performance tests.
5. The width of the thermal guard ring is 127mm, ensuring that the
heat flow is only transferred from the test sample.
6. It connects to the computer via wireless Wi-Fi communication,
making the connection more convenient.
7. The whole machine is equipped with a thickened aluminum alloy
shell, ensuring a service life of more than 20 years for the
machine.
