Material Dynamic Fatigue Testing Machine Bending Spring Fatigue Tester
1. Product Overview

This microcomputer controlled fatigue testing machine is designed and manufactured according to the test code required by the national standard. It can test the fatigue service life of the material under a certain deformation or a certain load of tensile and compressive forces. The whole cycle test process of the sample is automatically completed by the microcomputer control. The force attenuation performance parameters of the material can be detected and the test report can be printed. Users can adjust the test program according to actual needs in the process of use, and the operation is very convenient.

2. Equipment composition system
1. Servo drive, drive device (single channel)
The effective stroke of the actuator is 50mm, equipped with a high-precision digital displacement sensor, and a buffer belt is designed at the limiting position of the actuator to avoid damage caused by uncontrolled operation.
The actuation system adopts anti-backlash device, automatic force, reduce the lateral force, reduce the impact of high-frequency tensile test, and effectively improve the test waveform.
2. Data acquisition control system:
It consists of a single-channel fully digital dynamic and static servo controller, computer and software, and accessories.
3. High precision load sensor
Using high precision load sensor, overload capacity of 120%. Placed at the front end of the drive piston with a self-locking nut. The sensor is calibrated before delivery.
3. Equipment Function:
(1) Fatigue control mode one: constant deformation fatigue test, force-time curve, deformation amplitude-frequency characteristic curve, sine wave curve
(2) Fatigue control mode two: constant force fatigue test, deformation time curve, force amplitude frequency characteristic curve, sine wave curve
(3) The test frequency is adjustable, and the actual frequency changes according to the deformation of the sample. When the general deformation is large, the frequency will decrease!
(4) By testing the use times or force attenuation degree of the material sample, the material sample is qualified.
(5) During the test, if the sample is damaged or the force value decays to the set value, the machine can automatically stop. If you don't finish the first day, you can continue on the second day, and so on.
