1.Description:
The computerized servo tensile testing machine is a new type of
material testing machine that combines electronic technology with
mechanical transmission. It controls the operation of the testing
machine through a computer to achieve various functions, process
and analyze data, and print test results. The communication between
the testing machine and the computer is generally carried out
through the USB interface. It features a wide and accurate loading
speed and force measurement range, and has high precision and
sensitivity in the measurement and control of load and
displacement. It can also conduct automatic control tests of
constant speed loading and constant speed displacement. It is
simple and convenient to operate, and is especially suitable to be
used as a detection instrument for controlling product quality on
the production line. This series of servo tensile testing machine
models is mainly applicable to the testing of non-metallic and
metallic materials with a test load of less than 10KN.
This machine has a very wide range of applications and can test
various materials such as plastic products (cloth, tubes, plates),
rubber products (plates, tubes), metal wires, belts, tire industry,
textiles, acrylic, FRP, EVA, PE and shoes, etc. as dumbbell-shaped
test pieces. It can test their tensile strength, elongation, tear

system, the closed loop of force value, deformation and position

cycling (fatigue) tests, step tests, and force value holding
(creep) tests.

and automatic parameter calculation programs; It enables users to
conduct secondary development and becomes a test function other
than tensile, compressive, bending, tearing, peeling and shearing
provided by the software package.
* Curve graph function: Through modular program design, real-time
curve graphs can be displayed during the test process. The
coordinate axes of the curve graph can select the types of
parameters. Theoretically, there are 169 types of curve graphs, and
parameters can be displayed from the curve graphs.
* Multi-sensor support: It can support 5 force value sensors, 5
deformation sensors + large deformation + displacement, greatly
expanding the test range.
