1. Product description
Uv pretreatment tester Uses: The UV aging tester of photovoltaic modules simulates the damage caused by ultraviolet rays in sunlight on components exposed outdoors for a long time. The device takes only a few days or weeks to reproduce the UV-aging resistance properties of the module-related materials that would take months or years outdoors.
Applicable standard ultraviolet aging test chamber: IEC 61215, IEC 61646 standard requirements

Materials used	high-quality materials that can completely block ultraviolet rays, have good sealing and thermal insulation properties
Total UV irradiation area of the equipment	greater than 2000mm×2000mm, meeting the requirements for testing two 2m×1m components at the same time
Light source life	The system uses a single set of xenon lamps with a life of about 1000 hours. A set of spare parts is provided when the equipment is delivered, with a service life of more than 2000 hours.
Relative energy ratio of single lamp UVA and UVB	UVB accounts for about 3% to 10% of the total energy
Irradiation intensity	The irradiation intensity of the wavelength of 280nm to 385nm can reach about 100W/m², 280nm to 320nm <=10%, ensuring that the test cycle is shortened as much as possible
