★ Advanced optical path design: LR-N5200 adopts Fourier Transform Detection (FTD) technology to ensure maximum range with the shortest focal length, effectively improving the resolution of the instrument; the unique high-density detection unit makes THE LR-N5200 capable of detecting ultra-small particles. The high density detection unit gives THE LR-N5200 a superb seamless full-range detection capability.
★ Enable new software: The third generation software is officially commercialized. The new software optimization algorithm makes the test results more accurate and stable, and the real-time stored test data will never be lost; the third generation software supports the fuzzy search function, so that all the tested samples can be easily found no matter how long they have been tested for; the human-computer interaction is more reasonable.
★ Four generation detector: 5200 particle size meter at the same time enabled the fourth generation detector, all imported German materials processing, oxidation resistance, photoelectric conversion efficiency of more than ten years almost zero attenuation.
LR-N5200 Fully Sealed Fiber Semiconductor Laser LR-N5200 adopts high stability and long life Japan Opnext Fully Sealed Fiber Semiconductor Laser, the excellent stability makes LR-N5200 has strong test repeatability, on the basis of 5100-H to do the laser power adjustable, and the maximum laser power has reached 20MW.
★ Laser intelligent management system: LP-N5200 is the first to add the laser intelligent management system, intelligent management system real-time monitoring of the working status of the instrument, once the work command is received, the intelligent management system will instantly light up the laser, high-performance laser will reach a stable working state within 3 seconds. After the sample test, the intelligent management system will automatically turn off the laser, the laser will basically not decay. Theoretically, the particle size analyzer can be used without replacing the laser (optional).
★ Automatic test: truly automatic test, what you do is just put in the sample, no interference data without manual selection of data.
★ Ultrasonic anti-dry burning function: after painstaking research and development, LR-N5200 can realize ultrasonic anti-dry burning function, to avoid damage to ultrasonic in the case of no water.
★ New SOP self-editing function: In order to meet the test needs of different samples, LR-N5200 realizes the SOP self-editing function, edit different test procedures according to different samples, edit and save once and then directly use next time.
Dustproof and shockproof design: the whole instrument is sealed to greatly improve the service life of the internal components. The unique shockproof structure can effectively avoid the interference of external vibration to the instrument, so that the test results are more stable and reliable.
★ Strong anti-corrosion design (optional) : It can be equipped with acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, oil-resistant (including all solvent oils), and organic solvent-resistant (such as phenol, n-hexane and other organic solvents) according to the actual needs of customers.
★ Optical path automatic calibration: The new self-developed auto-alignment system consists of stepper motors, precision guides, precision controllers and a software system with a minimum step size of 1 micron, which ensures that the laser beam is focused through the detector from the center point, improving the accuracy and repeatability of the test results. The auto-alignment system is standard on all types of laser particle sizers.
Unique microcirculation system: The whole dispersion circulation system has been optimized design, more than 80 ml of dispersing medium can be circulated test, truly realize the micro-circulation test; optimized design to ensure that no residue left after draining and the accuracy of the next test results. ★ Free exhaust bubble design: the new design makes the whole test will not have bubble into the test sample window, avoid bubble interference.
Dew point measurement function: The system has a dew point measurement function, and the software can provide a sample window fog reminder according to environmental changes; the instrument also has internal temperature, humidity and test medium temperature display function.
