1. Introduction

LR-N3100 is my company's new portable integrated particle size meter, with a small size, large range, high degree of automation and many other advantages, the whole machine is only 750mm * 270mm * 315mm (including the integration of ultrasound, dispersion, recycling), although the volume is small range has reached 0.1 μ m -500 μmLR-N3100 is a wet method of fully automated laser particle size analyzer, the most advanced Mie scattering principle and concentrated light Fourier transform optical circuit. It adopts the most advanced Mie scattering principle and concentrating Fourier transform optical path. The high density probe and all-round seamless testing method ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the results.The operation of the LR-N3100 is automated by computer control.

2. Main performance characteristics
★ Advanced optical path design:The LR-N3100 adopts the concentrating Fourier Transform (FT) detection technology, which ensures the maximum range with the shortest focal length and effectively improves the resolution of the instrument; the unique high-density detection unit makes the 3100-L capable of detecting ultra-small particles. The high-density detection unit gives the LR-N3100 superb all-round seamless detection capability.
★ Fully sealed fiber semiconductor laser: LR-N3100 adopts high stability, long life of Japan's Mitsubishi fully sealed fiber semiconductor laser, excellent stability so that the particle size meter has a strong test repeatability, LR-N3100 laser power size adjustable, the maximum laser power to do 20MW.
★ Automatic test: truly automatic test, what you do is just put in the sample, no interference data without manual selection of data.
★ Ultrasonic anti-dry burning function: LR-N3100 can realize ultrasonic anti-dry burning function, avoid damage to ultrasonic without water.
★ New SOP self-editing function: in order to meet the test needs of different samples,LR-N3100 realized the SOP self-editing function, according to different samples to edit different test process, after one edit and save, directly use next time.
Dustproof and shockproof design: The overall sealing of the instrument greatly improves the service life of the internal components. The unique anti-vibration structure can effectively avoid the interference of external vibration on the instrument, making the test results more stable and reliable.
★ Optical path adjustment: The computer remote control precision self-locking motor, precision guide rail, precision controller and software system, the minimum step distance of 1 micron, to ensure that the laser beam focus is always through the detector center point, to improve the accuracy and repeatability of test results. The auto-centering system is a standard feature of all types of laser particle sizers.
★ Free exhaust bubble design: the new design makes the whole test will not have bubble into the test sample window, avoid bubble interference.
★ Channel steel guide: the light path guide is uniformly upgraded from aluminum alloy to thickened channel steel, the light path system is more stable and reliable, and greatly reduces the influence of temperature and humidity on the light path.
★ Sample no residue design: the instrument pipeline and drainage structure are optimized design, the instrument pipeline, circulation pump no liquid residue, to avoid the impact on the next test data.
★ Sample window quick change device: newly designed sample window quick change device, make sample window more convenient and fast change.
