BGD 236 Automatic Flash Point Tester

1.Description

Fully automatic flash point measuring instrument, compared with the manual instrument, the following features are added:
* The instrument is built-in atmospheric pressure sensor, the pressure is automatically corrected, no need to set the atmospheric pressure value artificially.
* The flash fire detection device adopts patented technology, utilizing two measuring electrodes in different planes up and down vertically staggered way to detect the flame conductivity, this detection method is consistent with the direction of ion movement when the flame conductivity, expanding the detection surface, improving the sensitivity and avoiding leakage, misdetection and other phenomena.
* Adopt dead cycle control technology to realize good control of heating speed. Adopt air-cooling device to cool down the temperature quickly.
* Adopting 320x240 touch screen display, automatic control of heating speed.
* With forced cooling system, with fire safety protection, ultra-safe temperature alarm and automatically stop the experiment, single-chip microcomputer automatic measurement and control of heating, stirring, scanning, flash fire the whole process.
* Built-in two-way heating bar, can be switched to use; with automatic detection and display the instrument failure causes.
* Powerful database function, capable of storing 100 data, support the storage of experimental data, query and management functions, the results of the experiment can be used for LIMS, can communicate with RS232, external micro-printer, easy maintenance.
* Adopting imported flame sensor to monitor the igniter flame, automatic ignition after the flame is extinguished, to ensure that the pilot flame is effective.
