The BGD 770 Three Roller Grinder is widely used in the research, testing, formulation, and small-scale production of paints, coatings, dyes, rubber, lead cores, leather, pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, and insulating materials in the chemical industry. They offer multiple functions, including crushing, dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing, and color matching. It can achieve highly uniform mixing of raw materials and also recover waste materials. The steel rollers are coated with a nickel alloy powder through thermal spraying to form a dual-metal cold-hardened alloy, which has high hardness and excellent resistance to impact and wear. The transmission system uses a multi-chain soft start mechanism, ensuring high transmission efficiency, smooth operation, and low noise. The roller spacing is adjusted via parallel handwheel screws, offering simple, accurate, and convenient operation.
