3. Introduction of extensionometer
The large deformation video extensionmeter is a non-contact,
high-precision and real-time large deformation measurement system.
It uses an independent digital camera and a real-time image
preprocessing algorithm to capture images of the device under test
during testing and analyze changes in image features. Real-time
dynamic measurement of strain, displacement and other data,
suitable for 1000% and above large deformation test. Especially
suitable for testing rubber, film and so on. It supports signal
communication with the testing machine, and can measure various
mechanical performance parameters such as stress-strain curves. It
can be used in various large deformation mechanical tests.
